CrossFlow DVF media sand filter provides high efficiency water filtration

The CrossFlow DVF media filter is technology that can be applied to many industrial and commercial applications which enable the user to achieve significant energy reductions and or enhanced operational performance of processes using water.

Our high efficiency media filter enables the filtration of water down to 0.45 micron rather than the accepted 20 micron normally associated media systems.  This modular system can be used for flows from 2 m3/hr upwards and is available in Carbon Steel with DWI epoxy coated, SS 304 or SS 316. This media filter technology (patented) allows for flow rates up to 5 times the normal flow of a 20 micron media filter yet filters down to 0.45 micron. This technology is available for the polishing of most raw or process waters.
