CrossFlow AMF Process Water Filter Unit goes MOBILE

The new mobile CrossFlow high efficiency process water filter has been designed to be effective in providing an efficient filtration solution for plant rooms with limited space or where there are several remote individual heating systems.

Since filtered water remains acceptably clean for a practical length of time this mobile unit can be easily moved from one location to another. It can also couple up to heating and cooling systems utilising only a few flexible hoses and a 13 amp plug top supply.

As soon as an individual system is cleaned up and full water circulation  achieved the mobile CrossFlow AMF filter can be moved to the next problem area leaving the clean system to benefit from the energy savings clients see from improved heat exchange performance. This typically equates to a reduction in running costs of between 9-13% dependent of the material construction of the heating system.

Optional extras include an integral pump to avoid any disruption to a production line or service.

The mobile system can be used for system stored volumes of up to 10 m3. Static systems are available with flow rates of 0.6 m3/hr up to 68 m3/hr in a single unit. Multi vessel systems offer unlimited flows. They are available in carbon steel using high grade corrosion resistant coatings especially designed for sea water duty. Available in both SS 304 and SS 316 grades of stainless steel and there is also a DWI approved construction for drinking water.
